Scope:
Design, supply, and on-site erection of n. 2 stainless steel pressure tanks for a PET plastic production facility in the USA. The tanks were engineered to handle catalytic and degassing processes, in compliance with ASME VIII Div.1, with U-Stamp certification and registration with the National Board.
Objective:
To support a large-scale plastic production line, CITAL delivered a Catalyst Mix Tank and a Deg Feed Tank made from ASTM A240-304 stainless steel, with full documentation and third-party inspection. Both vessels were designed for reliable performance under process pressure and temperature fluctuations, while meeting stringent U.S. code requirements.
