Design and Technology
Our in-house technical office develops each plant with cutting-edge technologies, using major international codes (EN14015, API650, API620, EN13445, ASME VIII dv.1, TEMA).

- 3D Laser Scanning to optimize layout and performance.
From Production to Installation
Pressure equipment is manufactured in CITAL workshops, tested, and shipped directly to the client. For large components, processing occurs on-site, and for “oversize” pressure equipment, in dedicated port areas, optimizing logistics.
- Automated systems for constructing tanks up to 300 tons.
- Annual production capacity: 2,000 tons per year.
- Strict quality control at every stage, from design to delivery.
Quality Control and Welding
Welding is one of CITAL’s strengths, performed with certified procedures (over 170) and monitored by qualified Welding Coordinators. We have about 250 active qualifications for welders and operators, constantly updated to ensure maximum reliability even on special materials and complex alloys.
International Certifications
Our plants and production processes are regularly inspected by accredited third-party bodies, such as RINA, IIS, TUV SÜD, Bureau Veritas (BV), and SGS.
