Objective:
Engineering and fabrication of a fully modular skid for a plant dedicated to the processing of Black Liquor, a typical by-product of the pulp and paper industry.
Scope of Work:
CITAL managed the full production cycle, including:
- Design and fabrication of the structural steel frame
- Construction of piping, tanks, and ductwork
- Complete installation and wiring of the electrical systems
- Assembly of pumps, motors, and plate heat exchangers
Technical Characteristics:
- Skid dimensions: 8,000 mm (L) x 1,200 mm (W) x 6,000 mm (H)
- No. of tanks: 6 units, diameters ranging from Ø400 to Ø1,700 mm, heights from 580 to 2,500 mm
- Material: AISI 316L stainless steel
- Structure: Prefabricated and fully disassemblable
