Scope: Design, supply, transport, and erection of a complete equipment package for a resin production facility, including heat exchangers, reactors, vessels, a distillation column, piping and a structural rack system.

Objective:
CITAL was selected for the turnkey delivery of process equipment for a new resin production unit in Italy. The package included:

• 3 high-efficiency heat exchangers
• 2 stainless steel reactors
• 3 pressure vessels
• 1 distillation column
• Piping
• 1 structural steel rack

All components were engineered for optimal heat transfer, chemical resistance, and mechanical reliability, tailored to fit into a compact brownfield plant layout.

Distillation Column + Rack Structure
• Designed and built according to plant layout and loading requirements
• Fully integrated into the unit’s process design
