Scope:
CITAL was commissioned for the full engineering, procurement, and construction of a new resin production line, starting from process design through to installation and commissioning. The package included heat exchangers, reactors, pressure vessels, and all necessary skids, valves, agitators, and electrical components, in compliance with ASME VIII Div.1 (Ed.2010 + Add.2011) and designed for ATEX Zone 1 applications.

• Heating system: External coil on shell + half-pipe on bottom
• Notes: ATEX Zone 1 certified, equipped with agitators

Pressure Vessels (n. 9 units)

• Diameter range: 500 mm – 2,500 mm
• Length range: 700 mm – 3,000 mm
• Material: AISI 316L
• Design Code: ASME VIII Div.1
• Use: Storage and process; all ATEX Zone 1 rated
